Cotswold is also known as the heart of England. It is a range of hills and is located in the West central England. It covers an area that is 90 miles long and 25 miles broad. This area has been designates as Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Cleeve Hill is the highest point of Cotswold. It lies within the counties of Gloucestershire, Warwickshire Oxfordshire, and extends upto, Wiltshire, Worcestershire and Somerset. The western and northern edges of Cotswold have steeply escraped downwards into the Warwickshire Avon and the Seven Valley. The escarpment is known as the Cotswold edge.
